About Our Founder
Daniel Stinga has a natural passion and talent for cocktail creation and mixology. His dedication to crafting beautiful cocktails and seeing satisfied customers prompted him to create Cocktails and Bar Events, an innovative cocktail bar hire company.
Daniel started out in the bartending and cocktail events industry working with his best friend, a fellow bartender, at events. He quickly realised his talent and skill as a mixologist and his love of interacting with clients and seeing their satisfaction at sipping a mighty good cocktail.
Daniel attended the International School of Bartending and started his own business in 2013. Daniel wanted to put his experience and dedication to good use by creating and leading a team of mixologists who could spread his love of cocktails throughout the UK.

Daniel Stinga (Founder)
Daniel Stinga is the founder of Cocktails and Bar Events. At 24 years of age, he began work as a barback for renowned cocktail companies in the UK. He rapidly built his skills and is now considered a top cocktail mixologist due to his passion and ability to create the most creative and exotic cocktails in the world. This love for mixology inspired Daniel to found Cocktails and Bar Events, allowing him to spread his passion and knowledge of cocktails throughout the UK.
When Daniel isn’t mixing drinks, he’s indulging his other hobbies — race car driving, football and tennis.
Elena Toma (Events Manager)
Elena has been working with Cocktails and Bar Events for the past five years. Her passion for cocktails led her to become one of the best event managers in the business, with hundreds of successful events under her belt. She is dedicated to all of her clients, regularly going to great lengths to ensure they are thrilled with the quality of service. Her attention to every detail when organising events makes her one of the most critical members of our amazing team.
When Elena isn’t managing events, you’ll find her down on the tennis court, planning her next travel adventure or relaxing with her favourite music.
