How Far Do You Travel?We are based in Reading, but we travel nationwide for events. Whether you're in London or Birmingham, we would be happy to travel to you.

Can I ask the Bartender to stay longer?Absolutely! You can definitely ask your bartender to stay longer at their discretion. If they agree to stay, we will charge an additional fee of £50 hour for every extra hour that they work.

Do I need to Hire Wating Staff?For large events, hiring waiting staff is crucial. They keep the bar clean organized, and stocked for the bartender to serve guests. They also assist in serving guests by carrying drinks trays and collecting used glasses. Let us know if you need help hiring waiting staff.

Can I Add more Drinks on the Evening?Absolutely! You can definitely add more drinks during your event. You can purchase more drinks during your event based on available stock.

Do you require any power or water?No, we don't require any power or water. Our bars are self-sufficient.

Can I provide all the Drinks?Absolutely! You can provide all the drinks for your event. We offer a dry bar service where we supply the bar, and you supply the alcohol. We can provide you with a shopping list that details all the ingredients needed for the cocktails you require, and you can supply all of the ingredients and drinks for the bar.

Can I Hire an Outdoor Bar?Absolutely! You can hire an outdoor bar with us. We have over 12 years of experience in catering to outdoor events and can work with you to deliver a beautiful outdoor bar setup that perfectly complements your garden party or outdoor wedding venue.

Once I Have booked the event and it is confirmed, can I change or add anything?Yes, you can add extra service or change details to your booking. For example, you can add an additional bartender to your event or request more options for drinks choices.

Can I Cancel my event?We understand that even with the best will in the world, situations can occasionally arise that could cause you to cancel your event such as illness, inclement weather or funding difficulties. After booking, we have a 14-day grace period in which you may cancel your booking, and we will honour your request.

Do you have Insurance?We are pleased to inform you that we have taken the necessary measures to ensure a secure and safe event by providing public liability insurance and employer liability insurance valued at £10 million. If you require copy of the insurance, please do not hesitate to contact us
