Our all-inclusive bar is fully stocked and fuss-free. We take care of everything you need so you can be a hands-off host and know the drinks will keep flowing. All-inclusive bars are excellent for corporate events, private and corporate events and weddings where you’ll need unlimited drinks for four hours of service or more. We fully stock the bar with premium spirits, liqueurs, prosecco, wine, beer and quality juices. Non-alcoholic cocktails can also be provided.
We create bespoke packages to suit your event. We can customise your all-inclusive mobile bar hire to meet your requirements and budget. Our mobile bars can even be branded with your company logo or personal message.
When booking our all-inclusive bar package, you will pay a one-off fee based on the number of people attending your event and the cocktails you have chosen.

Cash Bar Hire
With our cash bar, we’ll provide the drinks and the professional bartenders, but we’ll charge your guests for each drink so you don’t have to worry about running up a tab. Our drink prices are competitive and your guests will be swooning over our bartender’s flash cocktail-making skills.

There are usually cancellation fees involved with mobile bar hire. For instance, if you cancel less than 48 hours before an event and there is no rain forecast for at least three days after the ceremony or celebration has been scheduled to take place then we will charge 50% of what was paid upfront as our loss cover fee (this does not include all the drinks). The bar staff will make sure that all potential clients know about this beforehand by telling them how much it costs when booking!
Here at Cocktails and Bar Events, we understand that you may be worried about making a large deposit when you hire mobile bar for a special occasion. But don’t fret! Our rates are very competitive and all deposits will go towards securing your date with us- nothing goes back unless there’s been an error or mistake made by either party in communication during planning stages. Our upfront deposit offer is the lowest among all other mobile bars in the area.
We know that you want to ensure the best possible experience for your guests, which is why we offer a full range of services from our mobile bar packages to our intimate event venue. When you look for mobile bars and book your mobile bar hire through us, we offer a 24-hour cancellation window. If canceling within this time frame results in an amount less than what was paid for the reservation (i e 50%), then no refund will be given and any deposit used towards services provided cannot exceed 100 dollars per event or 1000 pounds sterling.
Cancellation of mobile bars for hire may be necessary due to many reasons, such as illness or financial issues. If this is the case with you and Cocktails & Bar Events has already been engaged by another customer for the next event before 8 days from when they were scheduled at our company, then there will still be time left over in which we can work together on finding an alternative solution that works best suited towards both parties’ needs!
